Mr. K. Habbis Mohammed is the Founder and Managing Director of TPK Infra Projects and a visionary leader in the field of infrastructure development. A first generation entrepreneur from Tirupur, he completed Civil Engineering at Erode Sengunthar Engineering College, Perundurai. With over 19 years of entrepreneurial experience, he has played a key role in transforming buildings into symbols of status for clients in Tamil Nadu and other regions.

Since establishing TPK Infra Projects in 2006, he has successfully delivered more than 300 major infrastructure projects, generating over 2,000 direct and 1,000 indirect employment opportunities. His dynamic, results-driven approach, strong leadership qualities, and commitment to quality and innovation have earned him recognition, including the Doctor of Civil Engineering (Honorary) from International Peace University, Germany, and the Best Achiever Year Award – 2019 by JCI Tirupur. He also serves as an Advisory Board member of the same college where he studied.

Seeing potential in the current setup, we launched a new joint venture opportunity for commercial and industrial real estate development projects, making smart use of existing resources.
