Integrated Apparel Manufacturing FacilityLocated in Gobi, SCM Garments Unit – 27 is a 1,25,000 sq.ft. apparel manufacturing facility designed to support efficient production and a comfortable working environment.The project features a PEB manufacturing building with integrated office and play areas, complemented by landscaping, internal road development, and utility blocks. The overall design focuses on efficient planning, smooth circulation, employee amenities, and a well-organized industrial campus.
