Integrated Textile Spinning & Cotton Storage FacilityLocated in Theni, this 80,000 sq.ft. textile facility is planned as an integrated manufacturing and storage campus, combining production, packing, and supporting infrastructure.The project includes KTTM and preparatory halls, a double-storey packing hall with PEB structure, and a dedicated cotton warehouse, along with a canteen block and essential site infrastructure. The development also incorporates internal machine trenches, plumbing systems, and road works, supporting efficient production flow and smooth day-to-day operations.
